We start before representation
usually begins.
beLIeVE it is built around a simple difference: we want to identify potential early, develop it deliberately and manage the journey with the long term in mind.
The way we think about
young athlete management.
Potential over privilege.
Talent should not be limited by financial circumstances, access or connections. We look for sporting potential, commitment, character and ambition. Where we genuinely believe in an athlete, our role is to help create access to the environment and resources required to develop that potential.
Character before commercial value.
Results matter, but they do not tell the whole story. We want to understand how an athlete responds to pressure, setbacks, coaching and responsibility. A young athlete may not yet have significant commercial value, but strong character can determine whether sporting potential survives the difficult years ahead.
Long-term over short-term.
Winning a junior competition and building a professional career are not always the same project. beLIeVE it prioritizes decisions that create durable foundations: stable coaching relationships, physical development, mental resilience, education and a clear progression plan instead of chasing every short-term result.
The person behind the athlete.
Professional sport is uncertain. Injuries, results and circumstances can change quickly. For that reason, we care about education, personal development, values and long-term perspective alongside sporting performance. A career can change. The person remains.
Shared success.
Our interests should move in the same direction. We believe athlete management should be built around aligned long-term interests rather than maximizing short-term fees at the expense of development. Commercial structures are designed individually and transparently around the athlete, their age, their discipline and the applicable rules.
Our interests should move
in the same direction.
WE SUCCEED
WHEN OUR ATHLETES
SUCCEED.
DEVELOP FIRST.
MONETIZE RESPONSIBLY.
Identify. Understand. Plan. Build. Invest. Manage.
A repeatable process, adapted to one individual athlete.
We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all package. The framework remains consistent, but every development plan must reflect the athlete's sport, age, level, environment, goals and actual needs.
