Three sporting backgrounds. One university path. One shared conviction that the right environment can change the direction of an athlete's career.
beLIeVE it began with our own experiences in competitive sport. We saw how good decisions accelerate development, and how the wrong coach, the wrong pressure, poor timing or missing support can hold talent back.
Sport shaped the idea.
Paolo, Pietro and Davide came from different sporting environments, but shared the same observation: young athletes and their families are often forced to make complex career decisions long before they have the experience, network or professional support to evaluate them properly.
Our positive and negative sporting experiences became the foundation of beLIeVE it, not because every athlete should follow the same path we did, but because they should be able to benefit from what we learned.

Paolo
Sport Background
Paolo competed at ATP level, reaching a career-high ranking of around 1300 and living first-hand the demands, decisions and uncertainty of the professional tennis pathway.
Academic Background
At 22, he stepped away from competition to focus on his education: completing a Bachelor's in Sport Management at the University of Bolzano, a Master's in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at the same university cum laude, and a Master's in International Tax Law at Bocconi University, again cum laude.
His Aim
Give young athletes the experience he gained on and off the court, and help them reach the top.
Pietro

Davide
Davide competed in alpine skiing through his youth and later developed a strong cycling background. His practical experience also includes ski instruction, guiding and sports business, giving him a direct perspective on coaching, operations, commercial development and athlete-facing services.
Talent alone is rarely enough.

That belief is the reason beLIeVE it exists. We want to reduce avoidable mistakes, bring the right expertise together and give exceptional young athletes a genuine opportunity to discover how far their potential can go.
